National Offender Management Service (NOMS)

NOMS is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice, bringing together the headquarters of the Probation Service and HM Prison Service to enable more effective delivery of services.

National Probation Service (NPS)

This website is the National Probation Service (NPS) a law enforcement agency and public authority.  Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) has undertaken to adopt and maintain a scheme for the publication of probation service information. The scheme aims to explain what information the NOMS routinely makes available to the public and provides methods of accessing this information.
